A trip to Austria

I am going to talk about Austria. It's a country with a history and ancient traditions, and in the past century was known as the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

1. Where is it located?

It is located in Central European, It belongs to the European Union. Its borders to the North with Germany and the Czech Republic, to the south with Slovenia and Italy, to the east with Slovakia and Hungary, and to the west with Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

2. What is its history?

It has a large history because of its position, a few centuries ago during the prehistory this plain to European was occupied with different native Celtic tribes, also It was a territory to Illyrians (The Illyrians were a brave group of people formed with members to tribes Indo-European). The first tribe was known with the nickname the Noricum by the Romans, in the 1 BC did union like a Rome province only the lowland to Danubio river, later It was forming with any part to Pannonia and Retia to form Noricum. In the century IV, Roman Empire was losing power the gust to attacks of Vikings and Barbarian tribes (also some cultures, such as Huns, Goths, Lombards, and Vandals.), when they passed the border and begun a campaign to conquer this territory. While these problems were happening the Slovenians emigrated Noricum through to the Alps in the century VII and in the process, they were mixing with the people in this land. Due to gene flow, some events like the Roman Empire Sacro, the former Austro-Hungarian Empire, the first and second war world by its connections to Germany, and the shock of cultures in the next centuries this country will acquire the german language officially and it establishing Austria nowadays. Because of this and much more, this country is very interesting to study and know.
